Delivery

Once you've placed an order on the Site, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email.

DHL is our courier for all shipments and delivers from Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday during business hours.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a DHL number to track its progress online.

Please note that GR LONDON PARIS cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, the following are the average delivery times. For any assistance please contact us on clientservices@grlondonparis.com.

UK Delivery

Standard shipping: 2-3 days

Europe Delivery

Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Holland, Norway, Switzerland. Deliveries to Norway and Switzerland may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.

Standard shipping: 4-5 days

Shipping cost: £23

DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive a SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including: - Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day. - Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home. - Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point.

Please note that GR LONDON PARIS cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within UK and 12 working days for Europe. If we cannot deliver your order within 40 days of our confirmation email to you, we will email you to let you know, will cancel your order. If we have taken payment, we will provide you with a refund. This is subject to goods being in stock and payment authorisation from the card details you have provided us with. We are unable to guarantee delivery earlier than this time frame.

Return

When you place an order on grlondonparis.com, you are welcome to return any item(s) using our free returns service, provided you return them within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. To arrange a return please contact our Client Services team clientservices@grlondonparis.com.

You may return your items to us using your own shipper. If you do, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
